Regular consumption of cucumber will help you clear the body of toxins, to cleanse the digestive tract and accelerate metabolism.

Cucumber is a powerful diuretic that helps in removing excess fluid from the body, so it is mandatory in many diets.

But nutritionists and those who tried the diet based on cucumber, claim that you can lose up to 7 kg in just 1 week.

Here’s the Diet plan, and it should be repeated 7 days:

Breakfast: cucumber salad and 2 boiled eggs

Snack: 1 apple or peach and 5 plums

Lunch: cucumber salad and a slice of whole wheat bread

Snack: cucumber smoothie

Dinner: 300g of any fruit

Cucumber Salad recipe:

400g cucumber

200ml yogurt or sour milk

Cucumber Smoothie recipe:

Put 1 cucumber, 1 apple and ½ cup of spinach in a blender and mix. Drink the smoothie fresh.
