Hi, I have noticed personally that the initial phase of weight gain starts generally from face; especially when chin area turns down into the most common problem of “double chin” and also when cheeks becomes“chubby”.

Most of us thinks that slimming down face is a tough task but trust me it is not at all difficult, in fact it is easier than losing weight from any other part of the body. The facial muscles are soft and a little bit regular and correct facial exercises helps in getting rid of double chin/ face fat/ face flab problems fast.You can see the difference guaranteed in 10 days if you’ll follow these exercises at home.

 

Reasons for facial fat/double chin are:-

  1. Overall weight gain.
  2. Less intake of water.
  3. Alcohol intake is HIGH.

Exercise 1:- Say X O X O

 

It forces facial muscles a lot by contracting mouth & cheeks and helps in losing face fat fast if done regularly. Repeat this exercise as much as you wish in a day. You can also do this exercise faster.

Method: Say “X”, it should be broad with wide lips open (Wide smile). Hold it for 5 seconds each time.

 

 

 

Than, say “O”, it should be like a pout for a kiss (pucker lips). Again, hold it for 5 seconds each time.
