Detox Cabbage Soup Recipe
– choppe 6 large onions
-dice 2 green peppers
-dice 2 cans of tomatoes
-slice 250g mushrooms
-chop 1 bunch celery
-chop 1/2 head cabbage
-slice 3 carrots
-1 package dry onion soup mix
-Cayenne pepper, curry powder or mixed herbs
Preparation:

  • sauté the chopped onions in a large pot by spraying some oil
  • add the green peppers and heat for a minute
  • add the sliced carrots, cabbage leaves, mushrooms, and celery
  • add 12 cups of water
  • cook over a medium heat.

  •  half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • a cup of boiled water
